WINES:
Research studies suggest that drinking wine in moderation is good for your health. That does not mean you should cancel your health insurance and buy more wine with the money you save! A glass or two of red wine each day will reduce both your cholesterol and risk of heart disease. One or two glasses of any kind of wine a day will reduce the risk of heart attack from other causes. However, keep in mind that that drinking any alcoholic beverage in excess can cause serious health problems.
