It is interesting to conceptualise... you think you are making the "best" choice for something, then you realise if you give it a chance, you may be surprised at the outcome.

Yup..amazing how superficially the absolute WORST choice winds up looking good...He also was a great lover of dogs too! I don't know if Stalin or Mao were dog or cat types...

Some of the greatest leaders would likely never get anywhere near office today, with their all too human failings being exposed to the light of day by an overly trivial and intrusive press, and the ones who succeed are the ones best at concealing their true selves...are we REALLY better off knowing information? I have to wonder sometimes...

Oh i also forgot to add...Hitler and Charlie Chaplin..who LOOKED like Hitler an awful lot (And parodied him viciously in "the Great Dictator") were born on the same day, same month, same year, into single parent (Mother) homes. Makes me wonder about birth signs and all that versus the environmant one is brought up in..something different was there for sure!

Yes, that is quite some similarity there. Their uncanny resemblance too is frightening as well.
What I find most lamentable is the fact that the press oftentimes help to "spruce up" the images of the politicians... so much for journalistic integrity.
